Synopsis

Two races, the Rills and the female-dominated Drahvins, have both landed on a planet that is about to spin out of orbit. The Doctor uncovers a plot by the Drahvins to steal the space ship belonging to the Rills in order to escape destruction...

1. The working title for this story was The Chumblies. Different resources alternatively spell out the title: Galaxy Four.
2. The story's central twist, that the beautiful Drahvins are actually the villains of the piece, was partially ruined by the fact that British newspapers gave away the twist before the story was broadcast.
3. The Drahvins are named (but not seen) as being among the many alien races gathered above Earth in the 2010 story The Pandorica Opens.
