Story Synopsis
The Doctor arrives on Gallifrey and is accused of the assassination of the President of the timelords, whilst investigating with the aid of Coordinator Engin and Castalian Spandrell, he discovers the Master plotted the whole thing.
The Master is seeking to gain presidency having used up all of his regenerations, in order to remain alive he needs to use the Eye of Harmony, the source of the Timelords power
