Glitz

A mercenary from the Andromedan galaxy, who, with his partner Dibber, was employed by the Master to retrieve the stolen Matrix secrets placed on the planet Ravolox by the Time Lords.

The Master later brought him directly to the Doctor's trial to prove that the Time Lords were far more guilty of genocide than the Doctor.

They were later reunited on Svartos where Glitz's mercenaries had been sold to Kane. When Kane had been defeated, Glitz inherited his spaceship, disguised as a shopping mall called Iceworld, and headed back to the spacelanes with a new companion, Melanie Bush.
