Ice World

Iceworld is a huge trading colony located on the planet Svartos dealing mostly in frozen produce, although it does also have a cafe and living quarters for the staff.

The renegade Kane was exiled to Iceworld, and has been seeking a way to break his exile ever since. In reality Iceworld is a spacecraft, posibily the spacecraft in which Kane was exiled. The power source for Iceworld is guarded by a laser emitting dragon.

When the seventh Doctor and Mel visited Iceworld, Kane was forming a plan to use Glitz to retrieve the Dragonfire. Too much time had passed, and Kane's home planet no longer existed. Hearing the news Kane chose to commit suicide. Glitz then took control of Iceworld and renamed it the Nosferatu II.
