Jabe The Tree

Jabe the Tree describes the destruction of the Time Lord's home planet, Gallifrey (without naming it), and that she thought all had been killed. Later, the Doctor confesses to Rose that he is last of the Time Lords, the sole survivor of the War that destroyed his home. How can he be sure?

At the end of the episode she dies due to the heat on the Space Station.
