This was my second Panopticon and it was back in Manchester - really good to be back.
A lot of activities durnig the day and the evening and loads of guests to see - it wasnt' as big as the Panopticon 2000 held the previous year but it had debut convention appearances from India Fisher who plays Paul McGann's new assistant Charley, Caroline Morris (Errinum) and Maggie Stables (Evelyn) plus a rare opportunity to meet Faith Brown who played one of the Cryons in Attack of the Cybermen
I'll definately consider going if they do the Panopticon 2003 for the anniversary year.
