The Servo Robots

A mechanical device located aboard the Silver Carrier, a Phoenix Mark IV class space ship floating dead in space in the vicinity of the W3 space station.

The robot discovered the Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon and attempted to keep them prisoner. Outwitting it, the two managed to make their way to the space station, only to learn that the Silver Carrier was occupied by hibernating Cybermen.
