Review

An excellent event with a round of very good guests. Autograph system was the best again - ticket numbers displayed on the screen in the main hall and on screens outside this time. This was done to allow people to do other things whilst they were doing other things - e.g attending photo sessions or buying merchandise etc.

It was also nice seeing Nicholas Courtney again as well as Colin, and loads of other guests - especially meeting Julian Glover and Jacqueline Pearce for the very first time. I also enjoyed all the Panels; the discussions were interesting - my favourite was the Blakes 7 DVD sneak preview session with Kevin Davies etc it looks awesome and can't wait to hear and see the new results - might have a go at the theme tune now!I also enjoyed the Talons tour; the theatre was amazing and it was nice to see the sets of where they filmed and to go behind the scenes - something that's always facinated me.

Overall an excellent event and worthwhile as there were a few guests I hadn't seen before and met a lot of new friends. A big thanks to Paul and Les plus all the steward and guests for making this whole event possible - here' s to another event! Well done guys :-) Here's to 20 years of Vortex, 25 years of Blakes 7 and of course 40 years of Doctor Who.
